Information you send
When you submit a custom project request, we receive the contact details, project information, and files you choose to provide. We use that information to evaluate your request, communicate with you, prepare or complete accepted work, and maintain appropriate business records.
Files and artwork
Uploaded artwork and reference files are treated as project material. Please do not submit confidential information or content you do not have permission to use.
Sharing
We do not sell submitted information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers involved in hosting, email delivery, payment, shipping, accounting, or legal compliance.
Retention
Request and order records may be retained for business, tax, warranty, dispute, and legal purposes. Files that are no longer needed may be deleted.
