Refunds and Returns Policy

At Gunfighter Ranch, every product is made with care and precision. Many of our items are custom-made to your specifications, including personalized logos and designs. Because of the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to workmanship or quality.

What is eligible for return or remake?

– If your order arrives damaged
– If your product has a manufacturing defect, such as a patch not properly affixed
– If we made an error in the customization (e.g., incorrect logo placement or color)

In these situations, we will gladly repair, replace, or remake the product at no cost to you.

What is not eligible?

– Returns due to customer error in selecting logos or custom text
– Normal wear and tear
– Requests to return or exchange because of a change of mind

How to request a return or remake

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Email steve@gunfighterranch.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the problem.
3. We will review your request and reply within 2 business days with next steps.

If a return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. We reserve the right to decline refund or remake requests that do not meet the above criteria.
